RED DOOR RECORDS is proud to announce ACWELANS' demo compilation featuring Nightmare Blood Ritual and Ritual Aura Sensations is now making its way to vinyl.

Originally released on tape in 2019, the drum and bass duo quickly caught the attention of many in the underground as they perfectly executed a style all their own. This is quite apparent in demo one, which takes up Side B of the record. Side A is the newest of the two recordings and sounds dense compared to the dry but oddly crushing recording of demo one. Demo one bears the recording edge of older outputs in the genre and is actually my favorite of the two.
The drums fill a void in these demos left by what would be a guitar in the mix and while they rarely let up, the parts are very memorable. As they should be when approaching a recording in this manner. Both demos range in that department from a swaying, back and forth roll to fast, precise bursts. All of which fortify the searing bass and barricade of hiss static echoed vocals. Each barrage from the vocalist travels a distance and shudders like a thunder clap in room. Mixing them with smashes of the crash cymbal prove lethal on both occasions. When both parts break for momentary relief of the senses, they do so for only split seconds before another onslaught initializes.

This is by far one of my favorite releases in recent memory and I'm honored to be releasing 100 copies on translucent red vinyl with unseen art on the jacket, an insert, and a professionally printed poster.
